My goal when we meet is to empower YOU as the patient with knowledge and tools to assist with your recovery and progression! I aspire to provide hands-on, therapeutic, 1 on 1 interventions to aid and accelerate your recovery. The tools I use come from a background in sports medicine, Trigger Point Dry-Needling, manipulation as well as a variety of other tools. I am always looking to improve so I can better be that guide. I look forward to working with you!

Tessa is currently a student at BYU studying exercise science, on her way to become a physical therapist! She grew up in Salt Lake City playing lacrosse, the violin, and lots of card games with her family. She loves sports and anything outdoors, music, meeting new people, and trying new things! When fighting against injury, illness, or simply returning back to full health you want someone in your corner who is willing to fight for you and give you the attention and time that you need. 1 on 1 care and a personalized treatment plan we feel is essential for this to happen. We want to be able to connect, empathize, coach and encourage you. Hands-on treatment is also important for healing and is something you will get every session with your physical therapist. We provide a variety of interventions and will tailor a plan specific to your needs.
Ideally sessions are held 1-3x weekly. Some exceptions may occur. Insurance and Self Pay Options are available. Contact us for details on whether we accept your plan/what your best options are moving forward.
Personal Training
Freedom to Live
We’ve structured personal training classes for both people who are transitioning from Physical Therapy or inactivity, where we can coordinate with both the Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer, as well as those who are already working out. Our classes are designed for individual or small group sessions (2-4 people) so we can spend 1 on 1 time coaching and instructing movement.
We build this program around you and can include sport specific training, vertical or jump training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), weight lifting/strength training, or focus more on aerobic and cardiovascular training. We build a program suited to your needs!
Nutrition Coaching
Live Life Strong
Our nutrition coaching program started from a need to help our personal training and physical therapy patients in their recovery. We found that without properly eating and fueling the body, their healing and recovery was delayed.
The fast-paced lives we often live make eating well seem difficult and even overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be! Whether it’s personalized meal plans, nutrition education, or even help accommodating a diet prescribed by your physician, we want to help you simplify nutrition to live life strong!
These sessions can be tailored to help you achieve your personal goals. Some of these might include:
