The standard approach to rehab often leaves people stuck in pain or bouncing between providers. Orion Physical Therapy is built differently.
You’ll work 1-on-1 with a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant who listens to your goals and creates and follows a plan designed specifically for you. From your very first evaluation through pain relief and long-term training, you’ll always receive personalized attention — never a cookie-cutter program.
Our mission is to give you Freedom From Pain and Power to Live. That means not just getting you back to what you love, but helping you perform better than before through a holistic approach that can include continued PT, personal training, or nutrition services.

Our Services
Physical Therapy
Freedom From Pain
At Orion Physical Therapy, you’ll receive 1-on-1 care with a trained physician every session. We combine hands-on treatment, guided exercise, and personalized coaching to relieve pain, restore movement, and help you achieve your goals.
Most patients are seen 1–3 times per week, with both insurance and self-pay options available. Our mission is simple: to give you the Freedom From Pain and Power to Live.

Personal Training
Power to Live
Our personal training programs are designed for everyone — whether you’re transitioning from physical therapy, getting back into fitness, or already active and looking to level up. We offer individual or small group sessions (2–4 people) so you get plenty of 1-on-1 coaching and support.
Your program is built around your goals and can include sport-specific training, jump/vertical training, HIIT, strength training, or cardio-focused workouts. Whatever your needs, we’ll help you train smarter, safer, and stronger.
Nutrition Coaching
Live Life Strong
Our nutrition coaching program was created to support recovery and performance for both physical therapy and personal training patients. Without proper fueling, healing can be slower — but the right nutrition helps your body recover, rebuild, and thrive.
We make eating well simple, even with a busy lifestyle. Whether you need personalized meal plans, nutrition education, or guidance on a physician-prescribed diet, our coaching is tailored to your goals.
