Orion Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy Near Spanish Fork, UT

Physical therapy for Spanish Fork — ten minutes away, and worth the drive.

Orion Physical Therapy is a locally owned clinic in Springville, about ten minutes from Spanish Fork. We are not a franchise and not a hospital outpatient department, and we built the place around one idea: you get a licensed provider’s full attention for your entire appointment.

One hour, one patient, one therapist. That is the whole model, and it is why people from Spanish Fork keep coming back rather than settling for whatever is closest.

Who we see from Spanish Fork

Maple Mountain and Spanish Fork High athletes, rodeo and horse people, farmers, construction and plant workers with backs and shoulders that have taken a beating, weekend lifters, runners, and a lot of parents who put their own injury off for a year before finally coming in.

What we help Spanish Fork patients with

  • Back and neck pain, including after a car accident
  • Shoulder, knee, hip and ankle injuries
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation — ACL, rotator cuff, joint replacements
  • Sports injuries and return-to-play testing
  • Pelvic floor physical therapy, including pregnancy and postpartum
  • Sciatica and chronic pain that has not responded elsewhere
  • Balance, mobility and strength for staying independent

How we work

Discover. A full-body evaluation on your first visit to find what is actually causing the pain, not just where you feel it.

Restore. Hands-on treatment, dry needling when it helps, and strength work that progresses as you do.

Thrive. Personal training, nutrition coaching and massage therapy in the same building, so you finish stronger than you started instead of just pain-free for a while.

Inside the clinic

The rehab gym at Orion Physical Therapy near Spanish Fork, with squat rack, dumbbells and open turf space
The rehab gym — real barbells, racks and space to move, because strength is the part that makes relief last.

Most clinics send you home with a printout and a resistance band. We treat you in a full gym: racks, barbells, dumbbells, sled space, bikes and a treadmill. That matters because getting out of pain is only half the job — the tissue has to get genuinely stronger, or the same problem is back in six months. You will lift here, coached, at whatever level you are at, whether that is a 300-pound deadlift or standing up out of a chair without help.

Runners, lifters and return to sport

Running gait assessment on the treadmill at Orion Physical Therapy, serving Spanish Fork athletes
Treadmill gait assessment — we film how you actually run, then change the thing that is causing the pain.

We do not discharge you because you can walk without pain. If you lift, run, ride or play, we test you against the real demand first — filmed gait analysis for runners, loaded testing for lifters, and return-to-play criteria for high school athletes before they go back to a team.

What patients say

“Got me in quickly on a Saturday for an ankle sprain where I was limping all day Friday. So grateful they were open so I didn’t have to wait until Monday. I got individualized attention and also booked a massage! I really appreciated what they taught me and the personalized care they gave to helping my injury to heal.”

Amy Tuckett · Google review

“Knowledgeable team that cares about your health. They’ll actually work with you rather than tell you to just do a list of exercises, which is what some PT practices do. Each patient is important to them.”
