One-on-one physical therapy, right here in Springville.
Orion Physical Therapy sits on 400 South, a couple of minutes from Main Street. We are a locally owned clinic — not a franchise, not a hospital outpatient department — and we built it around one idea: you get a licensed provider’s full attention for your whole appointment.
No shared sessions. No aide running you through a printout. Just you, your therapist, and a plan that makes sense.
Your neighbors’ clinic
We treat Springville High athletes, city employees, teachers, farmers, retirees, and a lot of parents who put their own injury off for a year before coming in. Because we are local, we can usually get you seen quickly — often the same week you call.
How we work
Discover. A full-body evaluation on your first visit to find what is actually causing the pain, not just where you feel it.
Restore. Hands-on treatment, dry needling when it helps, and strength work that progresses as you do.
Thrive. Personal training, nutrition coaching, and massage therapy in the same building, so you finish stronger than you started instead of just pain-free for a while.
What we help Springville patients with
- Back and neck pain, including after a car accident
- Shoulder, knee, hip, and ankle injuries
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Sports injuries and return-to-play testing for local athletes
- Pelvic floor physical therapy, including pregnancy and postpartum
- Sciatica and chronic pain that has not responded elsewhere
- Balance, mobility, and strength for staying independent

Getting here from anywhere in Springville
We are at 655 E 400 S, Suite D, just east of Main Street and a few minutes from Springville High School, the Springville Museum of Art and Hobble Creek Canyon. Most of town is a five to eight minute drive. Parking is directly in front of the suite, so you are not hunting for a spot with a sore back.
Early mornings and evenings are covered too: we open at 6am Monday through Saturday, which means you can be treated before work and still make a 7:30 start.
Inside the clinic

Most clinics send you home with a printout and a resistance band. We treat you in a full gym: racks, barbells, dumbbells, sled space, bikes and a treadmill. That matters because getting out of pain is only half the job — the tissue has to get genuinely stronger, or the same problem comes back in six months. You will lift here, coached, at whatever level you are at, whether that is a 300-pound deadlift or standing up from a chair without help.
Runners and gait analysis

Springville is a running and cycling town. If your knee, shin, hip or Achilles hurts a mile or two into a run, guessing at stretches will not fix it. We put you on the treadmill, film your gait, and look at cadence, contact and how you absorb load — then build the strength and mechanics work around what we actually see. Ask about our running assessment program.

Common questions from Springville patients
Do I need a referral from my doctor? No. Utah is a direct-access state, so you can book physical therapy yourself. If we think you need imaging or a physician first, we will tell you.
How soon can I get in? Usually the same week you call, and often the same day for urgent pain.
Do you take my insurance? We accept insurance and offer self-pay rates. Call and we will tell you plainly which one costs you less — sometimes it is the self-pay option.
What should I bring to the first visit? Comfortable clothes you can move in, shoes you actually train in, and any imaging reports you have. Nothing else.
