Winners were announced on October 14, 2026, after a community-wide nomination and voting process that ran throughout August and September.

Best in Utah County isn’t a paid directory listing or a sponsored “best of” list. It’s a community popular-vote contest: anyone can nominate their favorite local businesses, those nominees go on a public ballot, and the community votes for their favorites. Out of every physical therapy practice nominated across Utah County this year, Orion Physical Therapy was voted into the Silver spot.
